Powerlifting coaching needed a proper system. Something that reduces admin, helps coaches make better decisions from the data and gives athletes a better experience in and out of training.

My work in system development really started when I joined one of the leading powerlifting teams. I refined what was already there, then built a custom system around their principles and the way they coached. That experience became the foundation for Barbell OS later on.

Before Barbell OS existed, I was already building custom systems for coaches who needed something better. I kept refining the work through use with different coaches and athletes, using their feedback and the data to improve how it worked over time.

Other coaches started asking for their own version. Some paid for custom builds before it had a name or a price. It was useful because it made coaching more organised, more data-driven and better for athletes too.

Barbell OS is one system with seven modules, built specifically for powerlifting. It brings planning, programming, monitoring and competition prep into one place, helping coaches work better and giving athletes a better experience on the platform.
