These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using Barbell OS (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website, purchasing our product, or using our system, you agree to these terms.

Barbell OS is sold as a one-time purchase that gives you lifetime access to the system, unless access is removed or suspended under these Terms. The system is designed for use in your own coaching business and with your own athletes.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe, or any other payment method we make available from time to time. You agree to pay the full price shown at checkout or on your invoice. If custom build fees apply, these will be confirmed separately before work begins.

Barbell OS is sold as a one-time purchase that gives you lifetime access to the version of the system you bought at the time of purchase, unless access is removed or suspended under these Terms. Future updates, upgrades, or new versions are not guaranteed unless we say otherwise. The system is designed for use in your own coaching business and with your own athletes.

If you purchase a custom build or custom version of Barbell OS, the agreed scope, fees, and delivery details will be confirmed before work begins. Any work outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.

If you are given access to Barbell OS, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You must not share access credentials with other people unless we have given you permission in writing. We may suspend or remove access if we believe these Terms have been breached, if access is being misused, or if it is necessary to protect the system or our business.

Refunds are not offered at this time. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable law that cannot legally be excluded.

You agree to use Barbell OS lawfully and responsibly. You must not attempt to copy, reverse engineer, or extract the system, misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, or use it in a way that could damage our business, the system, or another user’s experience.

All intellectual property rights in Barbell OS remain owned by us unless we agree otherwise in writing. This includes the system, workflows, templates, structure, branding, design, copy, and any related materials. Your purchase gives you the right to use the system under the licence described in these Terms, but it does not transfer ownership.

We collect and use personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. By using Barbell OS, you acknowledge that your information may be processed as described in that policy.

We may update, improve, modify, or make changes to Barbell OS from time to time. We will aim to make any changes reasonable and consistent with the purpose of the system.

Barbell OS is a coaching system and a business tool. We do not guarantee any specific business, coaching, performance, or financial result from using it. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including how you use the system and your own coaching decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity arising from your use of Barbell OS. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Barbell OS may rely on or integrate with third-party services, such as payment processors or hosting providers. We are not responsible for any issues, failures, or terms of use relating to those third-party services.

Barbell OS is available globally. If you access or use the system from outside the country where we operate, you are responsible for making sure your use of Barbell OS complies with any local laws that apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country of residence.

We may terminate or suspend your access to Barbell OS at any time if you breach these Terms, misuse the system, or if we reasonably believe your actions could harm our business, the system, or other users. If your access is terminated for breach, you may lose access to the system without a refund.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always apply once it is published on our website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Barbell OS is operated, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country of residence. Any disputes will be handled by the courts that have jurisdiction under those laws.
